What a week!! Following Pamela's press releases regards the baking book we have been photographed and appeared in the Herald

After seeing this aricticle we were contacted by GMTV Scotland regards an interview. This took place on Monday evening and appeared on Tuesday morning (3 times).
We have also been contacted by The Sunday Post and the Daily Mirror who also wish to interview us over the next few weeks.
This is also on top of many pieces of coverage in several local papers around Scotland.
